Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Names
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Reservation details (date, time, party size, occasion, dietary restrictions, special requests)

Information automatically collected. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to automatically collect certain information when you visit our website. This does not reveal your specific identity but may include:

  • Log data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps
  • Device data — device type, operating system, and hardware/software configuration
  • Location data — approximate location derived from your IP address

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information to:

  • Deliver and facilitate the services you request
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send administrative information, such as updates to our terms and policies
  • Analyze website usage and performance through Google Analytics (GA4)

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose information in connection with a business transfer — such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of company assets — in which case personal information would remain subject to the protections described in this Privacy Notice.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We use cookies through Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our Services. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though this may affect certain features of the site.

5. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

As part of our Services, we provide AI-powered chat agents, voice agents, and automation tools. These AI Products are built using third-party AI service providers, including ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), OpenAI, and Anthropic (conversational AI and automation).

Personal information processed through our AI Products is handled in accordance with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with these providers, each of which maintains its own data handling and security practices. To opt out of having your information processed by our AI Products, contact us at team@tribeariumsolutions.com.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. In general, we do not keep personal information for longer than 1 year. When retention is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymize the information.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are a parent or guardian consenting to a minor's use of the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete such data. Contact us at team@tribeariumsolutions.com if you believe we may have collected such information.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Depending on your location, you may have the right to review, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it for processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at team@tribeariumsolutions.com or visiting tribeariumsolutions.com/#contact. Most browsers also let you control or remove cookies through your browser settings.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. Because no uniform standard for recognizing and honoring DNT signals currently exists, we do not respond to DNT browser signals at this time. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly.

11. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

If you are a resident of California or one of the following states, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and comparable state privacy laws:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia

These rights may include the right to:

  • Know whether we are processing your personal data
  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Obtain a copy of the personal data you previously shared with us
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights
  • Opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling

We have not sold, shared, or disclosed personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we do not intend to.

12. CLIENT DATA ISOLATION

Tribearium deploys AI agents on behalf of business clients. Personal data collected through each client's AI agent is logically isolated and accessible only to that specific client through their dedicated dashboard. No client can access or view data belonging to another client's customers. Tribearium team members may access data across clients solely for the purpose of system maintenance, support, and service delivery.

13. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date, and any changes will be effective as soon as the revised notice is posted. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice periodically.

14. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?

If you have questions or comments about this Privacy Notice, you may contact us at team@tribeariumsolutions.com.

15. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
