Glasswing International runs volunteer programs across North, Central, and South America — focused on education, mental health, and community resilience. Managing thousands of volunteers across three continents required more than spreadsheets and emails. Tribearium built them a centralized platform to handle onboarding, document management, training, and automated communications — all in one place.
The platform needed to be intuitive for non-technical staff, easy for a lean team to maintain, and flexible enough to accommodate Glasswing's regional diversity and evolving program needs. It also had to reduce administrative load by automating communications, streamlining approvals, and ensuring a smooth experience for every volunteer — all while supporting Glasswing's mission of inclusive and scalable impact.
Glasswing was managing thousands of international volunteers manually — chasing document submissions, tracking training completions, and sending reminders by hand. The process didn't scale and pulled coordinators away from the work that actually mattered.

Volunteers self-onboard, upload documents, and track their own progress. Coordinators approve, filter, and manage everything from one dashboard. Reminders go out automatically.
